Buffet breakfast was amazing, both Western and Chinese food. Fast and efficient laundry service. Staff was helpful for this Western visitor. Lots of shops in the neighborhood.

Professional business and family hotel. Great location. Very good western/chinese breakfest buffet, good surroundings with shopping options and restaurants on various levels.

The room was very clean and nice. The staff were amazing and so helpful with the stay and answered all my questions. It’s not far from the Bund. They offered both western and a Chinese breakfast and that was very nice.

Breakfast was Superb , but need some more VEG-ITEM AND CHECKEN item , as an INDIAN we do not like PORK AND BEEF at all .

Really good experience, I was travelling for business and the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to Shanghai Expo center. Breakfast was complete, maybe is better if they add some cheese too. Staff was kind and helpful. Location is close to the subway.

The buffet breakfast is fantastic. The shampoo, body wash, the body lotion and toilettes are great!

The Lobby was very big and the staff was helpful. The rooms were clean but the bathroom were a bit old.
